Novel dual partitioned Maclaurin symmetric mean operators for the selection of computer network security system with complex intuitionistic fuzzy setting

چکیده

Intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs) are key concepts in ambiguity and uncertainty. However, IFSs deal only with anticipation, not periodicity. To do so, complex intuitionistic (CIFS) can handle uncertainties periodicity simultaneously. Also, the Maclaurin symmetric mean (MSM) operator is a better tool for dealing criteria’s interrelationships. As result, this article presents multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) approach CIFS setting, which draws inspiration from MSM operators. We develop partitioned dual (CIFPDMSM) operators their weighted form by considering that all criteria be arranged into some groups. The proposed interrelationships between but also relationships among criteria. Some properties of discussed detail. Further, an MCDM developed based on environment. show effectiveness application method, we present numerical example selecting computer network security systems. Finally, method compared existing technique to demonstrate method’s applicability feasibility.
